The MO-180 is a DVB-T and DVB-H modulator for implemented in a standard 1U 19” rack. If features three MPEG-2 TS inputs (2xASI, 1xSPI) as well as a 1 pps 10 MHz input (for MFN synchronization) and a 10 MHz output.

In can operate in slave mode (locked to the input TS) or in master mode (locked to an internal/external TCXO reference). It includes PCR re-stamping with NULL TS packets insertion to adapt the bitrate to the required bitrate.

The MO-180 supports the 2k and 8k modes, as well as the hierarchical transmission, and can be used in SFN and MFN networks. The modulator output frequency is selectable between 45 and 875 MHz and it is designed to operate in MFN or SFN networks, being configured from the front pannel keys with the aid of the LCD screen.
