The PROMAX IR-190 non-contact infrared thermometer uses the latest infrared technology. This technology allows to take the temperature of the temporal artery about 3 to 5 cm from the forehead.

The IR-190 thermometer is accurate, instantaneous and non-contact. It is the most appropriate and risk-free thermometer to take the temperature.

The temporal artery temperature measurement method (forehead measurement) has been shown to be more accurate than other methods, such as eardrum thermometry.

  • Measurement margin (surface mode): From 0 to 60 ºC
  • Measurement margin (environmental mode): From 0 to 40 ºC
