Information and prices
The prices shown on this website include VAT (Spain).
PROMAX TEST & MEASUREMENT SLU reserves the right to modify the offer presented on this website including models, prices or commercial conditions at its discretion.
Payment methods
Payment can be made by card through the REDSYS e-commerce gateway. The card must be enabled for telematic payments and must support secure transactions.
It is also possible to make payments by bank transfer. To do this, please request through the contact email (promax@promax.es) the sending of a specific proforma invoice with all the data.
Availability of items
Products that are available in stock will be delivered from the second business day after order confirmation.

Shipping costs
Shipments are only made to destinations in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
For orders over 600 Euros the shipping costs are free. For orders below this figure, 7 Euros will be applied as shipping costs.
Shipments are made by DHL EXPRESS and the usual transit times are usually 48 hours maximum.
Returns and exchanges

PROMAX TEST & MEASUREMENT SLU will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or the articles that are marketed on it.
PROMAX TEST & MEASUREMENT SLU will try at all times to resolve any disputes that may arise amicably and reasonably.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved in this way will be treated in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain. The Spanish laws governing electronic commerce apply.
