Shipping

We generally process and ship orders the same day payment clears, as long as it is received before 12:00 PM local Spanish time. All shipments are sent via DHL with tracking.

Shipping is a flat rate and becomes free on orders of €600 or more. Please note that we cannot merge separate orders; shipping charges apply to each one. Although we are not liable for damage once the package has left our facilities, we do our best to ensure all fragile goods are safely packed.

We use oversized boxes to ensure your items remain secure and protected.
