SONY is equipped with digital video generators from PROMAX

Most of the video generators which SONY use in the lines of production have been designed in the PROMAX laboratories following the SONY directives. PROMAX has been chosen to develop a complete centralised system to generate signal that it covers to all factory including different lines of production for digital terrestrial television (DTT).

PROMAX, leader manufacturer of test and measuring instruments, announces that as per 16th of May 2007 the European Patent Office has granted Invention Patent number 1480470 to PROMAX ELECTRONICA SA for the use of Common Interface in measuring instruments.
